Savannah Guzman has been doing roofing and gutter work in and around San Antonio for over 10 years, and runs Lux Home Improvement LLC the way she'd want it done on her own house: inspect honestly, document everything, price it in writing, and stay reachable afterward.
The roofing business has a reputation problem, and it's earned. Storm chasers, high-pressure door knocks, vague scopes, phone numbers that stop working. Our whole approach is the opposite of that: you get photos of your own roof, a scope you can read, a price that doesn't move, and a person who picks up.
