Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. Don't use it to break the law, scrape it at scale, or interfere with how it runs. The content, design, logo, and photography here belong to Luxe Home Improvement LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Inspections, estimates, and quotes

• Our roof and gutter inspection is free and carries no obligation.
• Submitting a form doesn't create a contract or reserve a spot on our schedule. Work begins only under a signed written agreement.
• Estimates are based on what we can observe at the time. If we open up a roof and find rotted decking or damage that wasn't visible, we'll document it and discuss it with you before doing additional work — not surprise you on the invoice.
• Prices in an estimate are valid for the period stated on that estimate.

Insurance claims

We document damage thoroughly and will meet your adjuster on the roof. We are not public adjusters, attorneys, or your representative to your insurer. We do not negotiate claims on your behalf, and we cannot promise any particular claim outcome. Whether your policy covers a loss is determined by your policy and your carrier.

Your deductible is yours to pay. Texas law prohibits a contractor from paying, waiving, absorbing, rebating, or offsetting a homeowner's insurance deductible, and we will not do so. Any contractor offering to is asking you to participate in insurance fraud.

Text message program

By ticking the marketing consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Luxe Home Improvement LLC at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer.

Warranty

Workmanship warranty terms are stated in your written agreement and provided to you in writing before work starts. Manufacturer warranties on materials are issued by the manufacturer and subject to their terms. Warranties don't cover damage from later storms, other contractors' work, structural movement, or lack of maintenance.

No guarantees about this website
