Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of luxhomeimprovementllc.com and our text message program. The specific terms of any actual roofing or gutter job are governed by the written contract you sign — not by this page.

Who we are

Luxe Home Improvement LLC is a roofing and gutter contractor serving San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. Reach us at (830) 953-7011 or info@luxhomeimprovementllc.com.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. Don't use it to break the law, scrape it at scale, or interfere with how it runs. The content, design, logo, and photography here belong to Luxe Home Improvement LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Inspections, estimates, and quotes

• Our roof and gutter inspection is free and carries no obligation.
• Submitting a form doesn't create a contract or reserve a spot on our schedule. Work begins only under a signed written agreement.
• Estimates are based on what we can observe at the time. If we open up a roof and find rotted decking or damage that wasn't visible, we'll document it and discuss it with you before doing additional work — not surprise you on the invoice.
• Prices in an estimate are valid for the period stated on that estimate.

Insurance claims

We document damage thoroughly and will meet your adjuster on the roof. We are not public adjusters, attorneys, or your representative to your insurer. We do not negotiate claims on your behalf, and we cannot promise any particular claim outcome. Whether your policy covers a loss is determined by your policy and your carrier.

Your deductible is yours to pay. Texas law prohibits a contractor from paying, waiving, absorbing, rebating, or offsetting a homeowner's insurance deductible, and we will not do so. Any contractor offering to is asking you to participate in insurance fraud.

Text message program

You opt in through the chat widget on this website by providing your mobile number and selecting the marketing consent checkbox, which agrees to receive promotional text messages from Luxe Home Improvement LLC at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Marketing consent is not bundled with transactional consent and is not shared with third parties.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Separate from marketing, we may send you service messages about a job or request you contacted us about.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties.

Warranty

Workmanship warranty terms are stated in your written agreement and provided to you in writing before work starts. Manufacturer warranties on materials are issued by the manufacturer and subject to their terms. Warranties don't cover damage from later storms, other contractors' work, structural movement, or lack of maintenance.

No guarantees about this website

We work to keep the information here accurate, but the site is provided “as is.” Content on this site is general information about roofing and gutters, not a professional assessment of your specific property. Only an actual inspection can tell you what your roof needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Luxe Home Improvement LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the work we actually perform, which is governed by your signed agreement and applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Bexar County.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version.
