Luxe Home Improvement LLC (“Luxe,” “we,” “us”) provides roofing and gutter services in San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. This policy explains what information we collect through luxhomeimprovementllc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you request a free inspection or contact us, that is typically:

• Your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code
• The service you're asking about, and anything you tell us about your roof or gutters
• Any photos you choose to upload with your request

We also receive basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, which our hosting provider logs to keep the site running and secure. We do not use this to build advertising profiles about you.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and schedule your inspection or work
• To prepare estimates and, if you hire us, to perform and document the job
• To send service updates about work you've asked us to do
• To send marketing messages only if you separately opted in to them
• To meet legal, tax, insurance, and warranty obligations

Text message program

If you tick the marketing consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Luxe Home Improvement LLC at the number you gave us, including messages sent by autodialer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Separately, if you contact us about a job, we may text you about that specific request — scheduling, arrival times, estimates. That's service communication, not marketing, and it's what you asked us for when you reached out.

Who we share information with

Only where it's needed to actually do the work:

• Service providers who run things on our behalf — website hosting, email, scheduling, and customer messaging — and only to the extent needed to provide that service to us.
• Your insurance carrier or adjuster, if you've asked us to help document a storm damage claim.
• Legal authorities, where we're legally required to.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing, as stated above.

Photos of your property

We photograph the roofs and gutters we inspect and work on, because documentation is central to how we operate. We may use job photos in our own marketing. We will not identify your street address in any published photo. If you'd rather we didn't use photos of your property at all, tell us — that's the end of it, and it changes nothing about your job.

How long we keep it

We keep job records, estimates, and documentation for as long as needed to honor warranties and meet legal and insurance requirements. Inquiries that don't turn into work are cleared out once they're no longer useful.

Your choices

• Opt out of marketing texts any time by replying STOP
• Ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it
• Ask us not to use photos of your property
